New NCSU Biological Undergraduate Research Opportunities Website is here!!

Good afternoon!

Interested in getting involved with undergraduate research?  The Department of Biological Sciences has a new web-based resource devoted to helping to connect undergraduates with biology-related research opportunities at NC State (BURROW)!  Any faculty member, post-doc, research staff member, or graduate student conducting biology-related research can post opportunities for undergraduates on the website.  Undergraduates can apply for specific research opportunities directly through the site!

Here is a link to BURROW: https://sites.sciences.ncsu.edu/burrow/
Dr. Mike Cowley and Dr. Jennifer Landin are currently accepting undergraduate researchers through BURROW.  Dr. Cowley has a PAID summer research opportunity!  Interested students must apply through BURROW by April 7th.
I recommend bookmarking BURROW and checking back periodically for more undergraduate research opportunities!  As this is a new resource, we are still advertising it to researchers.  Expect more positions to appear over the next few months!
Please email Dana Thomas (dcthoma4@ncsu.edu) if you have questions about using BURROW.
