ACC Meeting of the Minds – Syracuse

11th Annual ACC Meeting of the Minds at Syracuse University. April 8 – 10, 2016.
NC State is looking for 6 students to take to Syracuse to present their original undergraduate research. The number of students is limited by the host institution and each ACC institution will be bringing 6 students. Please note this is students and NOT projects and therefore teams may want to select one person to apply to attend the conference.

PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION PRIOR TO STARTING, AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING:
LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FROM MENTOR
ABSTRACT (500 WORDS OR LESS)
MENTOR INFORMATION (DEPARTMENT AND COLLEGE)
RESUME (OPTIONAL, BUT RECOMMENDED)

Get tips from the pros. Our LSFY class assistants will guide you though the process of developing a study schedule and identifying the best way(s) to study for challenging chemistry and biology courses.

All LSFY students are welcome – please check your email to see if your advisor requires you to attend.

Do you have a good idea of a new intended major, outside of your current college, but need help developing an exact plan?  (i.e. Review your classes for which you’ve registered for the upcoming Spring 2016 semester toward your new intended major.  When/ how do you apply for admission into your new intended major via CODA?) Bring your laptop to this hands-on session that will help you develop a “Matriculation Plan” and review the process of applying to your new intended major.
